Armstrong Mobile Vets

Armstrong Mobile Vets is a unique veterinary service in the Berkeley Vale area, offering individual personal care for your pet, in your own home.

Our veterinary surgeons, Ernest Armstrong, Richard Kirby, Emma Suiter and our new vet Adina Vlad visit your pets by appointment in your own home throughout the Berkeley Vale in Gloucestershire, including Berkeley, Cam, Dursley and Wotton-under-Edge. They are ably assisted by caring, friendly staff who work from our clinic in Breadstone.

The strength of the AMV service lies in our small team building close relationships with our clients and patients.

We offer a 24 hour a day emergency service every day of the year so even if the clinic is closed your telephone calls will always be answered so please call if you need to. Occasionally you might get our message service but please leave a message and we will always return your call as soon as possible.

Latest News and Updates

Vacancy Filled

We have been overwhelmed by the response to our recent post advertising a receptionist vacancy.  We can confirm that this role has been now been filled.  Our new receptionist will be taking the place of Zoe who leaves us at the beginning of April.  We would like to thank Zoe for her exceptional work throughout her time here with us, she will be very much missed.  We wish her all the best in her future ventures.

Welcome Adina!

Please join us in welcoming Adina Vlad as she starts at AMV to complete our team of four vets. She has settled in extremely well and is looking forward to meeting you all as she makes her visits out and about in the area.

New Phone System

In response to lots of our clients struggling to get through on the phone we have invested in more lines and a new phone system. There will still be busy times but your call will now be put in a short queue, waiting to be answered rather than you just getting a busy dialing tone. We hope you notice the difference and thanks for being patient with us.

Staff changes

Our Head nurse Julie has now left the practice and we wish her the very best of luck with new career. Julie has been an incredible asset to Armstrong Mobile Vets over the years, looking after pets and their owners with incredible care and attention. She will be truly missed.

We also welcome Annie to the team as nursing assistant. Please join us in wishing her well when you pop into the clinic.

Microchipping your pets
